| SESSION 3: LEGAL REQUIREMENTS Overview of the differences between Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship, Advocacy, Wills and Advance Care Planning . How to make application for each and implications for the applicant. Presented by Linda McDavitt (Retired Aged Care Manager) |
