You’re invited to join us at our Lenah Valley location, one of Hobart’s friendliest churches!
On the second Sunday of each month, we enjoy sharing our Sunday morning service with our Nepalese congregation who bring even more warmth, family and joy into our building.

Parking?
The church building is in a quiet residential street with plenty of parking available along the roadside
What time should I arrive?
Our service starts at 10 am, but we encourage people to here at least 5 to 10 minutes before the start time so you have time to get settled.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in. People wear anything from shorts and thongs to jacket and tie.
Does it matter where I sit?
Not at all. If a seat is empty, you can sit there. We are always very happy to welcome visitors, and it does us good to get a different view from time to time.
What do I need to bring?
Just you! Song words are projected during singing times, as are bible readings and verses when they are needed. A bible or a phone with a bible app (the sermon notes are available on the YouVersion app) on it is helpful but not necessary.
Can I bring my children?
Yes! Children are very welcome – at any age, bring them along with you. Most weekends we have a special program for kids which starts just before the message.
What if my child makes a noise?
Your child probably will make a noise, and that is fine – we would rather have the noise and your kids than a sterile quietness. We are happy for you to get up and move around if it helps you to comfort your child – there is room at the back for them to play and some books and toys, if it helps.
Do you have toilets?
Yes – directly off the auditorium, including facilities for people who are disabled.
What happens after the service?
The kettle will be boiled, the bikkies will be on plates and anyone who doesn’t need to rush off will be welcomed to join in.
