Lenah Valley – 2 Pottery Road
Our Lenah Valley venue features a main auditorium, kitchen and other smaller rooms available for your meetings and events. The auditorium is best suited for use as a conference or meeting area where the chairs are not required to be moved.
The venue has held events such as:
- Conferences
- Birthday parties
- Quiz nights
- Funerals
- AGM’s
Included in the Lenah Valley Auditorium is the hire of up to 5 rectangle trellis tables, 5 small round tables, seating for up to 100 people, sound* and kitchenette subject to COVID regulations. Please check current COVID guidelines for social events here.
Lenah Valley Auditorium Hire – $100 per hour
Community/Not for Profit Group – $80 per hour
Setup and pack up time will be charged at a discounted hourly rate of %50 of room hire.
Included:
– Seating for up to 100 people
– Up to 5 rectangular trellis tables and 5 small round tables
– Sound*
– Use of the kitchenette
* Sound includes use of up to 2 radio microphones, 3 mic stands, 3 cord microphones and ability to plug in up to 8 instruments. Hirers will need to do their own sound mixing, and if musicians require foldback, they would need to bring in their own foldback system.
Addittional Room Hire
Back room – capacity 60 people – $50 per hour (NFP $30 per hour)
Interview room – capacity 15 people – $20 per hour (NFP $10 per hour)
These rooms can also be hired individually without use of the Auditorium with an administration fee of $50.
Equipment Hire
Sony Brava 75” TV with HDMI or Apple air connection – $35
Whiteboard – $15
